Michael Imperioli stars as Charley Benetto in the latest Harpo film: For One More Day (written by Mitch Albom). Apparently, it's not the first time Michael acted in Mr. Albom's play, he previously played a role in The Five People You Meet in Heaven .

is an Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning Italian-American actor who is best known for his role as Christopher Moltisanti on The Sopranos. He also appears as Det. Ed Green's temporary replacement, Det. Nick Falco, in the popular TV drama series Law & Order.

In addition to his role on The Sopranos, Imperioli has also appeared in a number of films, including Goodfellas, Jungle Fever, Bad Boys, The Basketball Diaries, Clockers, Dead Presidents, Lean on Me, Last Man Standing, Shark Tale, in which he was the voice of "Frankie", High Roller: The Stu Ungar Story, in which he played the title role, and Summer of Sam, which he also co-wrote and co-produced. In addition, he has also written a number of episodes for The Sopranos. Perhaps not coincidentally, his character on the series has been an aspiring screenwriter.

Oprah visited Eric Dane from Grey Anatomy

On Monday's show (10 December), Oprah visited Eric Dane from the show Grey Anatomy. He is widely known as Dr. Mark Sloan in the show.
Eric Dane first appeard on an episode of Grey Anatomy in second season, and has since becomes a regular cast. He is adjusting himself to the new found stardom. According to Eric Dane:
"When I first started filming the show, people would come up and say, 'Hi.' And I automatically assumed that maybe we went to high school together.I'm getting a bit more used to it. I'm putting two and two together."

After appearing in a high school production of Arthur Miller's All My Sons, Dane decided to pursue a career in acting. He relocated to Los Angeles, where he played small roles in the television series Saved by the Bell, The Wonder Years, Roseanne, and Married With Children, among others. But in 2000, he was signed for a recurring role in Gideon's Crossing, and followed this with a two-season run in Charmed. His made-for-television movie credits included two biopics, Serving in Silence (about Margarethe Cammermeyer's experiences in the military), and Helter Skelter, in which he portrayed a member of the Charles Manson clan.

Eric Dane's first major feature film appearance was in The Basket (1999). He also appeared in Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane, Sol Goode, Feast, Open Water 2, and X-Men: The Last Stand.

In 2005, Eric Dane guested as Dr. Mark Sloan (nicknamed "McSteamy" by Meredith Grey) in "Yesterday," the eighteenth episode of the second season of the ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy. Positive audience reaction to the character led to Dane's becoming a regular in the show's third season. His first appearance in the season, in which he walked out of the bathroom soaking wet and wearing only a strategically placed towel, was labeled a "watercooler moment".

In December 2006, he starred in the A&E TV movie Wedding Wars as the brother of a gay man (played by John Stamos) who goes on strike in support of marriage equality.

It is official: Oprah endorsed Obama, in Des Monies Iowa (Video)

On 7 December, Oprah appears on stage to support Obama. She makes her first political speech in Des Monies, Iowa for her friend.

She realizes that she can't enforse a politician like she does in book club, "I am not here to tell you what to think," she says.

"I am not here to tell you what to think. I am here to ask you to think," she said. "I want you to think seriously about a man who knows who we are and he knows who we can be. I'm not here for partisan beliefs. Over the years, I've voted for as many Republicans as I have Democrats. So this is not about partisanship to me. This is very, very personal."

So why is Oprah speaking on stage? "You love America. I can see you do," she says.

What's next for Oprah and Obama? They will speak again at U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, South Carolina and New Hampshire.

No doubt Oprah is one of the most influential women in US today. Do you think she will give Obama the leads in the polls? We believe that Oprah is doing so because she admires Obama and buy his ideas. Still, some people find it doubtful as she only want the first black candidate to be elected.
Nonetheless, both Obama and Oprah are living proof of American dreams. With little luck and hard work, anyone can be successful in the states.
